Konstantin is a great guide. He will do whatever you need to have a great time in Toraja: you don’t have to do anything yourself, because Konstantin will take care about everything. He shows the most interesting things in Toraja and even takes you to very local places where you would be unable to come without knowing a local.

I can recommend everybody to take a tour with Konstantin!

We booked a 5 days trip (from Makassar) at Constan Tino / Toraja Tour Guide in Febr 2016. He provided us excellent service – (much) more than we expected (we work as tourist guides in Hungary for travel agencies from different countries): we could follow and understand his English, he has an enormous amount of knowledge of Torajas and he knows also what the tourists need (accomodation, food, transport and sometimes some leisure). He also satisfied us with some unexpected sights and moments! Without his guiding we could not discover so ‘deeply’ this very interesting and special place on Earth.
We definitely recommend him / his agency when visiting Toraja!

we are group of 04 persons and book Our tour in Indonesia with Konstantin, as it was Our first time visit Indonesia so we Imagine how difficult to arrange the connection between island to Island , we spent 21 days on His Guiding service and visit Bali. Sulawesi, Java. Borneo and Flores .

Constantino is a very knowledgeable guide with years of experience under his belt. I liaised with him directly by WhatsApp and he arranged everything perfectly, ranging from the accommodation, bus tickets, itineraries, etc. His signature, which I really appreciate, is the prompt response. He would immediately respond to all my enquiries.

My overall experience is very enriching. All the lists I provided Constantino with were well covered. Throughout my 4-day stay in Toraja, Constantino accompanied my wife and me in the first 3 days. Only the last day he left us alone. After all, we didn’t need him on the last day as Londa, the place we visited on the last day, provided own guide.

All in all, the damage I incurred is very affordable. He didn’t charge exorbitant price at all.

We have just spent 5 excellent days touring Toraja with Konstantin and Marcus. In planning the trip Konstantin was able to provide flexibility in arrangements so that we could see noble funerals. On arrival in Makassar Konstantin met us at the airport and we spent time driving to Toraja passing by varied countryside, spectacular views and learning about the customs and culture of the region. Konstantin was able to take us to 3 different noble funerals on different days so we could see the procession (at a funeral of a brother and sister with around 1000 guests ), the reception and the sacrificing, the latter being unexpected, where we were the only foreign tourists. Knowing the family at the first funeral we were invited for lunch, chatted with family members and watched the buffalo flighting. The arrangements in finding the funerals was excellent, with backdrops of wonderful scenery and traditional houses.
Konstantin also took us many very interesting homes and villages, where we were able to learn about the region. We also visited several burial sites, the most interesting of which was off the beaten track and we were the only people.
Konstantin has a great knowledge of the area, is very informative and is able to provide flexibility and cater to your interests.
In addition Marcus was very polite, an amazingly careful driver and always trying to find the best route to avoid traffic.
Highly recommended.
